Warranty inquiries, such as requests for repair or replacement of a defective product, may be directed to any authorized Olasonic dealer as well as the Olasonic Customer Service Center listed below.

For expedited service, please have your product, warranty card, a personal computer and something to write with handy when you call.

* Please retain your warranty card for presentation should you wish to request repair or replacement of a defective product within the warranty period. Warranty coverage is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Owner’s Manual. Olasonic reserves the right to request payment for repair or replacement of any product damaged as the result of abuse, neglect or negligence on the part of the consumer as well as any product no longer covered by the term of the warranty agreement. Some retailers may offer independent warranty extensions. Please consult with the retailer or underwriter of such coverage regarding repair or replacement outside the period or conditions set forth in the Olasonic TW-S7 Owner’s Manual.
* The Olasonic Customer Service Center may collect personal information including, but not limited to the following items: full name, address of domicile and/or workplace, name of employer, telephone number, fax number, mobile phone number, email address, product model and serial number, place of purchase, etc. Any personal information collected will be used for the sole purpose of handling inquiries or requests related to the purchase, repair or replacement of Olasonic products. Information may be shared, as necessary, with designers, manufacturers or retailers of Olasonic products for the purpose of verifying purchase histories, investigating the cause of product defects or improving the quality of Olasonic products and related customer service.
